I've practiced since 1985 as a psychotherapist in hospitals, clinics, and privately. Now in private practice exclusively, most of my current work is with individual adults. I also enjoy working with young adults, couples, and children.

The work I do is inseparable from who I am.

I began dancing at a young age, and have always experienced a deep connection to life, the sacred, and to human emotion through the physical body, movement, art, music, and the natural world. Through my early life experiences, I came to know that body and psyche are inseparable, and that when this connection is remembered and worked with consciously, a powerhouse of dynamic healing energy is released.

In graduate school I discovered dance-movement therapy, expressive art, somatic inquiry, Authentic Movement, and the work of C. G. Jung--all of which drew me further into the fascinating depths of embodied psyche. I have been a life-long student of C. G. Jung's work and the body-psyche connection. I am currently engaged in researching the use of embodied methods in depth psychology.

I feel fortunate to be doing work that I love. My life wounds have evolved into gifts, becoming essential tools in my journey. I'm grateful for the learning I've received from patients, teachers, colleagues, and friends I have met along the way.
